When will I receive my order?
The time it takes for you to receive your order is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time. The processing time is how long it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment and is dependent upon whether we currently have the items on hand or if we have to place an order with one of our suppliers. All items that are designated as part of our Quick Ship Collection are available on hand and are typically fulfilled within one business day. If it is not available in our Quick Ship Collection and we must place an order with the supplier, it varies by supplier but could take 2-4 weeks to fulfill. Once your order is fulfilled, the shipping time is dependent upon the type of service selected and location of the delivery address. Generally, the fixed price shipping option and the free shipping that we offer could take between 2-8 business days. If you desire a quicker delivery option, those options are available from USPS and UPS at checkout. We are unable to guarantee delivery times as they are controlled by the shipping provider, however we do provide tracking information for your reference and follow-up.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship our orders via USPS or UPS. If you wish to be assured of a priority shipping service, you may select a priority shipping option at checkout. What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. As long as it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices are based on order value, weight, and shipping location. The shipping options and associated amounts are determined at checkout and are always available prior to finalizing your purchase.

We currently ship anywhere in the continental USA.
When will my order ship?
All Quick Ship Collection items are generally ready for shipment within 1 business day of receiving your order. The availability of all other items is dependent upon the brand and supplier stock levels and may take 2-4 weeks to be ready for shipment.
What form of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Where do you ship from?
Most orders are shipped from our location in Alpharetta, Georgia. However, on occasion, they may ship directly from our supplier's warehouse to you.

The list of brands that we carry is ever changing. We strive to select high-quality brands with a focus on fun, positivity, and beauty. Some of the better known brands we carry include: Eurographics, Pomegranate, Galison, Mudpuppy, Dowdle Folk Art, Sunsout, Heye, and Piatnik and Project Genius. Lesser known but no less entertaining brands include: Piecework Puzzles, Bewilderness, Puzzle Twist, Lemonade Pursuits, Wander Puzzles, New York Puzzle Company, and Art & Fable. We are always on the lookout to discover fresh and unique brands to add to our collection.
