When will I receive my order?

The time it takes for you to receive your order is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time. The processing time is how long it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment and is dependent upon whether we currently have the items on hand or if we have to place an order with one of our suppliers. All items that are designated as part of our Quick Ship Collection are available on hand and are typically fulfilled within one business day. If it is not available in our Quick Ship Collection and we must place an order with the supplier, it varies by supplier but could take 2-4 weeks to fulfill. Once your order is fulfilled, the shipping time is dependent upon the type of service selected and location of the delivery address. Generally, the fixed price shipping option and the free shipping that we offer could take between 2-8 business days. If you desire a quicker delivery option, those options are available from USPS and UPS at checkout. We are unable to guarantee delivery times as they are controlled by the shipping provider, however we do provide tracking information for your reference and follow-up.

We ship our orders via USPS or UPS. If you wish to be assured of a priority shipping service, you may select a priority shipping option at checkout. What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. As long as it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kess - A New Board Game In Town

Our Puzzlicious team recently came across a new strategic board game akin to checkers, chess, and Go combined! Easy enough for children to learn and challenging enough for adults, "players discover new, deceptive and daring strategies every time they play."
